“Behold! I have channeled the ancient energies!” Habibi beamed, presenting the crystal.
You squint. “Habibi, that’s a piece of the crystal lamp you broke”
“…Its power is immense.”
Inktober 2021 Day 1
“Does this suit make me look… employed?” Habibi whispers, sucking in his gut.
You hear a whimper. The answer, my friend, is no. No, it does not.

“I am the vessel of this household’s honor!” Habibi declares with a pose.
“Now, who took the last chicken nugget? Speak, villain, or forever hold your peace!”
Inktober 2021 Day 3
After 10 minutes of struggle, Habibi presents his lunchbox to you. “I have defeated the beast!”

“I have been chosen” Habibi whispers with a raven perched on his head.
“It’s pooping on you,” you said.
“These are blessings,” he replied. “Now bring me shiny things!”

One glance at his bank account and swoosh – Habibi’s spirit yeeted itself into the astral plane.
“Can we get it back?” you ask his empty shell.

“As my number one fan, I expect a solid 10 rating,” Habibi declared, referring to his freshly made burnt toast.
You look at the burnt bread.
“The crunch… it’s visionary,” he insists.

From under the blanket fort, two hands emerge, shushing you violently. “I’m trying to watch this!” Habibi hissed.
You ask what’s so important.
“The ads have finally finished!”

“They say diamonds are formed under pressure,” Habibi muttered, surrounded by textbooks.
A trail of smoke can be seen emerging from this head. “More like vaporizing”.

Habibi started with intense focus.
The mission: pick up the ball. His tiny hands slapped, rolled, and hugged it, but the great spherical beast evaded capture.
He let out a frustrated gurgle that shook the heavens.

“It’s sweet!” you told Habibi as you handed him the lemon slice.
Habibi took a brave bite. His entire face imploded. The sour betrayal has left him a wrinkled, quivering raisin of a human. He’s now questioning all your life advice.

It happened in slow motion: a sit, a squish, and a sigh.
Habibi is now stuck in the centre of a giant donut plushie. “Leave me,” he whispers tragically, accepting his new life as human sprinkles. “Tell my story.”

“Welcome to my humble abode!” Habibi announced from his pillow fort.
The roof of blankets immediately collapsed on his head. “A minor structural issue!” he squeaks from under the fabric. “The open-concept look is in!”

“Did i lock the door? Feed the cat? Become a wizard?” Habibi muttered, gripping his checklist. He frantically put a tick next to “Become a wizard.”
You gently point out he did not, in fact, become a wizard. “The checklist doesn’t lie,” he hissed.

“Behold, a knight’s helmet!” you proclaim, placing the heavy metal bucket on Habibi’s head.
Habibi speaks exclusively in a muffled, echoing shout “My brain cave has an echo! …echo… echo…”
